1 lb. H-E-B Lean Ground Beef
1/2 c. H-E-B Salsa Specialty Series Smoky Citrus
4 slices H-E-B Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapenos
1 tsp. hot pepper jelly
* Hawaiian Rolls
* tomato slices
Prepare grill for cooking; heat to Medium-High.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and salsa.
Form 8 small patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Cook each patty until desired doneness. Flip midway through.
Place cheese on top of patties in the last 30 seconds of cooking.
Spread hot pepper jelly on rolls. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
