Cheeseburgers are always a crowd-pleaser. These burgers, topped with cheddar cheese and bacon, can be prepared in a matter of minutes. Serve with oven-roasted potato wedges.
4 frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Original Burgers
8 slices H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon
4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns
4 (4 oz.) slices smoky cheddar cheese
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
Line a large plate with paper towel.
Make two layers of 2 burgers each, separated and topped by paper towel.
Microwave on High 3 minutes; turn one-half turn and heat 3 minutes more until heated thoroughly.
Meanwhile, line another plate with paper towel.
Make two layers of bacon strips, separated and topped by paper towel.
Microwave on High 30 to 60 seconds to desired crispness.
Separate top and bottom halves of buns.
Spread 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce on each half.
Lay 1 slice cheese on each top half and microwave on a plate just until cheese melts.
Heat bottom buns briefly.
Break bacon strips in half.
Top bottom buns with burgers and bacon.
Cover with top buns.
Serve while hot
