1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B Cold Smoked Salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
1 large tomato, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1 avocado, peeled, seed removed and chopped
1 cup H-E-B Great Catch Cucumber Dill Sauce
1 bag (6 oz.) field greens
Layer salmon, tomato, bell pepper, avocado, cucumber dill sauce, and field greens in a large salad bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Toss salad before serving
