2  tsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1  clove  garlic, minced

1/4  c.  onion, finely chopped

1  lb.  lean ground beef

1  c.  tomato sauce

1  can  H-E-B Green Chiles

2  Tbsp. chopped, canned  chipotle

2  tsp.  cumin

3/4  c.  H-E-B Fat Free Refried Beans

6  H-E-B Bake Shop Hamburger Buns

•  iceberg lettuce, shredded


Heat a large skillet 2 minutes on medium high heat. Add oil, garlic, and onion; sauté 1 minute. Add ground beef, tomato sauce, green chiles, chipotle, and cumin. Stir, cover, and cook 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and no longer pink.

Place beans in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 30 seconds. Stir until beans are smooth.

Spread beans on bottom half of each hamburger bun. Add lettuce, meat mixture, and top half of buns.
