1  lb.  extra lean ground turkey

3/4  c.  onion, chopped

2  c.  low sodium tomato sauce

1  Tbsp.  yellow mustard

2  Tbsp.  tomato paste

1/2  tsp.  sugar

2  tsp.  worchestershire sauce

1/2  tsp.  chili powder

1  pkg. (8 ct.)  H-E-B Bake Shop Thin Rounds


Brown extra lean turkey in a large nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add onions and cook 4 minutes.

Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire and chili powder. Bring to a simmer, cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes. For each serving spoon over the bottom half of a Thin Round, top with the other half and enjoy.
