4 small bamboo skewers, 6-inch
4 thin sliced sirloin steaks
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Brisket Seasoning
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen sweet potato fries
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen green beans
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Soak bamboo skewers in water 20 minutes. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).
Place steaks on a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle both sides with brisket seasoning.
On one of the long ends of each steak place 4 sweet potato fries,
green beans, and 4 strips of bell pepper. Starting from the end with the vegetables, roll each steak like a taco and secure with a soaked bamboo skewer. Grill 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
