1  pkg. (8 oz.) thin spaghetti

1  pound  medium shrimp, peeled & deveined

1/2  c.  peanut satay sauce, divided

1/4  cup  chopped green onions

1/4  c.  H-E-B Roasted Salted Peanuts


Prepare pasta according to package directions, rinse, and drain well. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine shrimp and 1 tablespoon satay sauce; add mixture to heated skillet. Cook 3 minutes over Medium-High heat.

Add remaining sauce and green onions. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles.

Add pasta and toss to combine. Garnish with peanuts and serve. Note: For a thinner sauce, add water.
