* Hill Country Fare butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups H-E-B wild gulf brown shrimp peeled and deveined
1 cup H-E-B select frozen asparagus spears thawed and diced
1/2 cup Sliced green onions
1 carton (16 oz.) Hill Country Fare real egg
1/2 cup H-E-B heavy cream
* Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coat a non-stick oven safe skillet with cooking spray. Sauté shrimp, asparagus and green onions.
Combine egg product, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour egg mixture over shrimp and veggies.
Scramble slightly over medium heat. Place entire pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
