1 oz. (2 patties) fresh Gulf Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 c. Canyon Foods Garlic Essence Vinaigrette & Marinade
1 gallon size H-E-B Tough & Easy Zipper Bag
1 pkg. (8 oz.) linguini pasta
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Place shrimp and garlic marinade in zipper bag, seal, and toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes-2 hours.
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Keep warm and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Add shrimp, including marinade. Sauté 1 minute. Add parsley.
Remove from heat when shrimp become opaque and curl into a "c." Serve over pasta and enjoy!
