8 ounces Hill Country Fare cooked salad shrimp
1 cup chopped celery
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup H-E-B creole mustard sauce
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on a lettuce leaf or tomato slices.
