1/4 cup H-E-B Butter
1 cup each: H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Chopped Onion, Celery & 3-Color Peppers
4 H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Diced Italian Tomatoes & Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
2 pkgs (16 oz. each) Hill Country Fare Cooked Large Shrimp Tail-On, thaw and remove tails
2 cups H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add butter and chopped onion, celery & peppers. Stir-fry the onion mixture for 5 minutes until onion is tender. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry one more minute.
Add the Italian seasoned tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken bouillon, 1 1/4 cups WATER and Creole Seasoning to the onion mixture. Bring the Creole sauce to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile as Shrimp Creole is cooking, prepare the H-E-B Instant Rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Serve the Shrimp Creole over steamed rice
