12 oz. uncooked peeled and deveined Medium Shrimp
1 Tbsp. Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Citrus Seafood Rub
1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
2 c. Cookwell Two-Step Cacciatore Sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
Heat oven to 425°F with oven rack placed in bottom third of oven.
Toss shrimp with oil and rub. Set aside.
Place crust on a pizza pan or large baking sheet. Spread cacciatore sauce over pizza crust. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over sauce.
Layer shrimp and any other preferred toppings over cheese; then sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top of pizza.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Cool slightly; cut into wedges and serve.
