1 pkg. (14 oz.) H-E-B beef smoked sausage
1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B ready, freshgo!® diced onions and celery
1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B ready, freshgo!® diced bell peppers
3 cups Central Market™ Organics chicken broth
1 bag (10 oz.) Mahatma yellow rice with saffron
1 lb. Hill Country Fare ez peel extra large shrimp (shell removed)
1 can (16 oz.) Hill Country Fare large black pitted olives
Slice sausage into bite size rings. Brown sausage in a large skillet for 10 minutes over medium high heat.
When sausage is brown, add diced vegetables to pan and brown for 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth. Add rice and cover.Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add Shrimp and drained black olives and cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes
