Shrimp And Cream Cheese Appetizer

1  pkg. (8 oz.)  softened H-E-B Cream Cheese, Regular or Fat Free

1/2  c.  H-E-B Fresher Lasting Roasted Salsa, any flavor

1/4  c.  H-E-B Sour Cream, Regular or Fat Free

1  c.  Hill Country Fare Frozen Cooked Salad Shrimp, thawed

2  c.  H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Regular, Reduced Fat, or Fat Free

1/2  c.  chopped green onions, including tops

1  box  Central Market™ Organics Water Crackers


Combine cream cheese, salsa, sour cream, thawed shrimp, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions in a food processor bowl. Process the mixture for 1 minute or until it has a chunky texture.

To serve cold: Spoon mixture into a bowl and serve with Central Market™ Organics Water Crackers. To serve warm: Place the dip in an ovenproof baking dish. Heat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
