2 Pizzas, 8 slices Each
1 (12 oz.) tub H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Chicken
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
2 (7 oz.) cans La Costena Green Mexican Sauce
1 (16 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
4 cups (16 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies
1 cup H-E-B Sour Cream, optional
Heat oven to 425 degrees.2. Spread 1 can green sauce over each pizza crust; sprinkle each pizza with 1 cup cheese.3. Pull chicken shreds apart and layer over cheese. Spread beans out evenly over chicken.4. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over each pizza. Cut chiles into strips and arrange over tops.5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in bottom half of oven until cheese bubbles and begins to brown. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes; spread tops with sour cream, if desired. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
