1 (12 ounce) tub H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Beef
2 H-E-B Pizza Crusts (1 kit)
1 1/2 cups Jardiné Texsalsa'
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4 ounce) can whole green chiles
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place 2 oven rack in bottom half of oven. Place crusts on baking sheets or round pizza pans.
Spread 3/4 cup salsa over each pizza crust; sprinkle each with 1 cup cheese.
Pull beef shreds apart and layer evenly over cheese. Layer beans over beef; sprinkle each pizza with 1 cup cheese.
Cut chiles into thin strips; place over tops of pizzas.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Rotate pizzas on oven racks halfway through baking, if necessary, to ensure even browning.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve; top each slice with a spoonful of Crema Mexicana, if desired
