1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen H-E-B chopped Spinach
12 Hill Country Fare jumbo cheese stuffed shells
1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® chopped onion
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) H-E-B marinara sauce
1/4 cup H-E-B italian shredded romano cheese
1/3 cup Chopped parsley or basil
Heat oven to 425 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Thaw spinach in microwave for 4 minutes on 50% power; set aside. Arrange shells in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Evenly layerthe spinach and chopped onion over shells. Pour marinara sauce over spinach and shells. Top with grated Romano cheese and parsley.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until sauce is bubbly
