1 large cabbage
1 large green bell pepper
1 medium Bermuda onion
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup salad oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dry mustard
Shred cabbage, bell pepper and onion very thinly, (1 mm medium blade on food processor).
Pour sugar over shredded vegetables in a medium bowl and mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil in a saucepan or in a microwave.
Pour hot mixture over cabbage mixture and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours Serve well chilled
