1  lb.  salmon fillets, cut into 4 portions

2  Tbsp.  honey

1  Tbsp.  soy sauce

1  Tbsp.  Dijon mustard

1  Tbsp.  sesame seeds


Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Place the salmon on the foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side touching the foil.

Combine the honey, soy sauce, and mustard. Mix well, then spoon over salmon.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake 12 to 15 minutes.

Try it with steamed broccoli and brown rice.
