Scrambled Eggs and Pork Chop with Toast

Ingredients

1/2  tsp.  Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1  boneless wafer thin slice (1 oz. each)  pork centerloin chop

1/2  c.  H-E-B Real Egg

1  slice  H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Bread

1  spray  Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter Spray

1  small  navel orange, thin sliced

Instructions


Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add canola oil, spread and add the 2 wafer thin boneless pork chops. Cook on each pork chop for 1 minute on each side, season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside and keep warm.

Using the same skillet over medium heat, add the H-E-B Real Egg, stir frequently, and cook to desired doneness. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Toast bread and spray with Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter spray. Arrange pork chop, scrambled egg and toast on each plate and serve with 1/2 thin sliced Navel orange.
