Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter Spray

navel orange, thin sliced
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add canola oil, spread and add the 2 wafer thin boneless pork chops. Cook on each pork chop for 1 minute on each side, season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside and keep warm.
![]() Using the same skillet over medium heat, add the H-E-B Real Egg, stir frequently, and cook to desired doneness. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
![]() Toast bread and spray with Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter spray. Arrange pork chop, scrambled egg and toast on each plate and serve with 1/2 thin sliced Navel orange.
