1 cnt. (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Red Onion Sandwich Slices
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Fischer & wieser steak & grilling sauce
1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Medallions
1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) H-E-B french baguettes artisan bread
4 Tbsp. Unsalted butter melted
1 pkg. H-E-B smoked provolone slices
Saute onions with 1 Tbsp. butter in a medium sized saute pan. Once onions are soft, add steak & grilling sauce.
Heat 8 medallions according to microwave instructions on package. Once medallions are hot, add to onions and sauce. Toss to coat steak, set aside.
Split baguettes and brush with melted butter, toast until golden brown.
Top baguettes with sauteed onions and steak, about 4 medallions per sandwich.
Top with smoked provolone cheese, place under broiler to melt cheese.
Once cheese is melted, top with remaining piece of bread. Serve hot.
