1 pound snow peas
2 cups Matchstix™ Carrots
1 tablespoon butter
* salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Trim ends from snow peas and discard. Remove strings, if desired.
Heat butter in a large, nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat. Sauté carrots in butter 5 minutes.
Add snow peas and Sauté 3 to 5 more minutes, until crisp-tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve while hot.
