Sausage & Kale Stuffing

Ingredients

1  pkg.  H-E-B Fresh Maple Pork Sausage or Turkey Sausage

3  c.  kale, roughly chopped in 2-inch pieces

1  pkg.  H-E-B Corn Bread Stuffing

1  c.  H-E-B Raisins

5  c.  chicken broth

•  salt and pepper

1  Tbsp.  pecan halves

Instructions


Heat a heavy-bottom skillet 2 minutes on medium-high heat. Add sausage and sauté until cooked through, about 7 minutes.

Add kale and cook an additional 3 minutes. Fold in cornbread stuffing, raisins and chicken broth, and cook an additional 2 minutes or until stuffing is moist. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with pecans.
