1 (14 ounce) package H-E-B Premium Beef Sausage Ring
1 (29 ounce) can whole new potatoes, drained
1 (15 ounce) can Bavarian-style sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
1 (18 ounce) jar New Canaan Farms Blanco River Apple Kraut
2 cups (about 5 ounces) Matchstix® carrots (julienne cut)
1 cup canned chicken broth
1/2 cup German Riesling Wine
2 bay leaves
* salt & ground black pepper, to taste
cut sausage into 1/2-inch thick slices. Drain potatoes and sauerkraut.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Add sausage; stir and heat 2 minutes.
Add remaining recipe ingredients. Reduce heat to Medium and simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until liquid reduces by half; stire occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve hot.
