2 1/4 cups baking mix
2/3 cup lowfat milk
1 pound H-E-B Regular Sausage, cooked
1 cup mashed potatoes
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Oil an 8x8 inch baking pan.
Mix baking mix with milk to form dough.
If dough is sticky, dust with flour to make dough easier to handle.
Turn onto lightly floured surface, shape into a ball, knead gently.
Roll into a 1/4 inch thick square.
Mix crumbled sausage and mashed potatoes well.
Spread sausage mixture onto dough.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Slice roll into 1-inch pieces.
Place in prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown
