3 H-E-B Chicken Andouille sausage, sliced
2 c. chicken, cooked
1 loaf French bread, cut into 2 inch thick slices
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 can (14.65 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 jar (15 oz.) H-E-B Saucy Cajun Pasta Sauce
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. salted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, sauté sausage, chicken and mushrooms together in a small amount of oil until thoroughly browned.
Combine all ingredients together in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with buttered French bread slices, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown the bread. Serve in a shallow bowl.
