Ingredients

3  c.  H-E-B Mootopia 2% vanilla milk

1  c.  steel cut oats

1/2  tsp.  salt

1/4  c.  brown sugar

*  fresh berries

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place a large saucepan over Medium heat. Add milk and oats. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes.

Spoon oatmeal into 4 oven-safe bowls, ramekins, or coffee mugs. Sprinkle salt and brown sugar over oatmeal.

Place bowls on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 4 minutes or until sugar has melted.

Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.

Serve with fresh berries.
