1 1/2 lbs. bone-in pork shoulder
4 oz. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 btl. (12 oz.) beer
1 jar H-E-B That Green Sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro
Trim all excess fat from pork. Season generously with cumin, oregano, and salt. Place in a lined slow cooker set on Medium.
Combine beer, That Green Sauce, and onion. Pour over pork, cover, and cook overnight or until pork is tender.
Carefully remove pork from slow cooker with 2 spatulas or tongs and place on baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400°F until pork is well browned, approximately 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and use two forks to shred the pork. Place in a bowl and serve with a spoonful of braising liquid.
