1 H-E-B Cedar Plank
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Seafood Seasoning
1 lb. whole Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
2 containers (2 oz. each ) H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash
4 c. Dole Spring Mix, from one 5 oz. package
Soak cedar plank in warm water 30 minutes.
Prepare grill on High heat 10 minutes with lid closed. Sprinkle cedar plank with seafood seasoning and heat plank on grill with cover down until it begins to smoke.
Brush salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with seafood seasoning; place skin-side down on plank.
Place plank on indirect-heat side of grill, cover, and grill 10 minutes. Open grill, brush salmon with one container of H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash, close grill, and continue cooking 5 more minutes.
Arrange salmon on platter and serve with additional Peach Habanero Splash and Dole Spring Mix.
