whole Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

H-E-B Olive Oil

containers (2 oz. each ) H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash

Dole Spring Mix, from one 5 oz. package
![]() Instructions ![]() Soak cedar plank in warm water for 1 hour.
![]() Arrange charcoal on one side of the grill. Line the other side with heavy-duty
foil. Heat charcoal 40 minutes or until coals are ashen.
![]() Sprinkle salmon with seafood seasoning and set aside.
![]() Sprinkle cedar plank with seafood seasoning and heat plank on grill with
cover down until it begins to smoke. Remove plank and place salmon skin
side down on plank.
![]() Brush salmon with olive oil, place on the indirect-heat side of grill, cover,
and grill for 10 minutes. Open grill, brush salmon fillet with one container
of H-E-B Peach Habanero Splash, cover grill, and grill salmon for 5 more
minutes. Arrange salmon on a platter and serve with additional Peach
Habanero Splash.
