1 lb. salmon
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Peppercorn & Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub
3/4 c. cookwell & company escabeche-style salsa
1/2 bunch cilantro
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
Season flesh side of salmon with Peppercorn and Garlic Rub. Place skin-side down in prepared pan.
Top with Escabeche Salsa and bake 10-12 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro, serve and enjoy!
