![]() Instructions ![]() Peel grapefruit with knife. Use paring knife to separate each grapefruit segment from membrane. Place segments on sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap,
freeze 30 minutes.
![]() Combine frozen grapefruit segments, yogurt and sweetener in food processor bowl; process 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Scoop into sherbet dishes;
freeze until ready to serve. Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry before serving.
