2 H-E-B bakery French loaves, sliced lengthwise for pizza crust
1/2 cup H-E-B pasta sauce, any flavor
2 cups shredded H-E-B deli rotisserie chicken
1/2 pound H-E-B provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 4 ounce jar H-E-B Harvest Moon pimiento slices, drained
1 4 ounce can H-E-B Harvest Moon sliced shiitake mushrooms, drained
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Spread both French bread halves with pasta sauce. Evenly spread 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on bread halves. Sprinkle shredded chicken over cheese and top with remaining shredded cheese, pimiento strips and mushroom slices.
Bake on center oven rack for 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden
