1  tbsp.  cumin

1  tsp.  H-E-B Kosher Salt

1/2  tsp.  black pepper

2  sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves only, chopped

4  (4 oz.) center loin pork chops


Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and heat to Medium-High.

Combine seasonings in a small bowl and rub over pork chops.

Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side, or until pork reaches a minimum of 145°F.
