1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 can (15 oz) HCF whole potatoes, drained
1/4 teaspoon rosemary leaves
Melt butter or margarine in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, potatoes and rosemary.
Cook for 5 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown, stirring constantly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover skillet and reduce heat to medium-low heat.
Cook for 5 more minutes or until potatoes are heated throughout
