1 cup H-E-B frozen diced onions
1 cup H-E-B frozen diced peppers
1 cup H-E-B frozen peas and carrots
6 oz. or 1/2 can Hill Country Fare beef broth
1 H-E-B fully cooked® oven roasted brisket cut in half
1 tsp Each salt and black pepper
In a large non-stick skillet, add onions and peppers. Warm over medium heat.
Shredd brisket into bite-size pieces. (warm slightly if necessary)
Add brisket to skillet, increase heat to high, and saute for 10 minutes.
Add peas and carrots and beef broth. Reduce to simmer. Serve hot over BLACK BEANS AND RICE
