Ingredients

16  oz.  H-E-B Select Asparagus Spears

5  oz.  Spring Mix Greens

11  oz.  H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Roasted Red & Yellow Peppers, drained & thin sliced

1/2  cup  H-E-B Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2  cup  H-E-B Texas Twists® Sesame Honey Garlic Dressing

Instructions


Cook asparagus according to package directions and set aside to cool.

Arrange spring mix on a large platter and arrange asparagus, sliced roasted peppers and shredded cheese over greens. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Before serving, drizzle with H-E-B Texas Twists®; Sesame Honey Garlic Dressing.

Add On: 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
