Ingredients

1/2  jar  Cookwell & Company Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup

1  lb.  cooked pasta *any variety

2-3  each  fresh roasted hatch chiles, diced

1  pkg.  Ready Fresh Pico De Gallo

1/2  c.  Parmesan cheese, for topping

1  c.  sour cream

Instructions


Cook pasta, drain and set aside.

In a large saute pan over medium heat add the Hatch Verde Tortilla Soup, pico de gallo, sour cream, chopped hatch peppers and cooked pasta, bring to a simmer.

Toss with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
