Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Pecans

1  bag (12 oz.)  H-E-B Frozen Brussels Sprouts or 1 stalk fresh brussels sprouts

1/4  c.  Hill Country Fare Whole Pecans

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1/2  c. peeled & chopped  shallots

1  tsp.  Central Market Organics Herbs De Provence

1/2  c. chopped  H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon


Heat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Prepare the Brussels sprouts according to package directions. If you use fresh Brussels Sprouts bring 2 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and return water to a boil and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain Brussels sprouts and set aside.

Combine the cooked Brussels sprouts, pecans, olive oil, chopped shallots, Herbs De Provence and bacon in a large bowl. Season the mixture to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking pan and roast on the center oven rack for 20 minutes.
