2 racks pork ribs
4 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning
1 small yellow onion, sliced
* BBQ SAUCE:
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1 yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can (12 oz.) H-E-B Old Fashioned Diet Root Beer
2 btls. (12 oz. each ) H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Barbeque Sauce
Preheat oven to 350éF. Trim fat from ribs as needed; cover ribs with steak seasoning.
Layer roasting pan with sliced onions; place ribs on top. Add 1 cup water to the pan.
Combine BBQ sauce ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup, and brush ribs with remaining sauce.
Cover pan with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender. Remove foil; brush ribs with remaining sauce and bake uncovered 10 minutes or until sauce has become a glaze.
