1  cup  Hill Country Fare Baking Mix

1/4  cup  Hershey's Cocoa

1  (14 oz.) can  Hill Country Fare Sweetened Condensed Milk

1  teaspoon  vanilla extract

3/4  cup  Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heavily spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and dust with 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour.

Combine baking mix and cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Stir in 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk (save remaining milk), 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup (save remaining syrup) and vanilla; stir mixture with spoon until blended. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking pan; set pan aside.

Combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of remaining chocolate syrup and 3/4 cup water in a small bowl; stir to combine. Pour this liquid chocolate mixture over the cake batter; do not stir.

Bake cake on center oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center of cake is set and sides pull away from the pan. Allow cake to cool 10 minutes. Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes and top with whipped topping.
