Ingredients

4  lb.  pork butt roast, bone-in

1  c.  H-E-B More Fruit Raspberry Fruit Spread

1  can (3.5 oz.)  chiptole peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions


Preheat oven to 500°F. Reduce heat to 350°F.

Place pork roast fat side up in a Dutch oven.

Mix fruit spread and chipotle peppers in medium bowl. Pour over roast, spreading evenly.

Cover. Bake 2 hours (30 minutes per pound) or until internal temperature is 165°F.
