3 cans (14 1/2 oz) clear chicken broth
2 cups cooked diced turkey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetables medley or stir fry vegetables
1 large potato, peeled and cubed (about 2 cups)
Pour chicken broth into a large 4-quart pot.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add turkey, vegetables and potatoes.
Bring to a boil and reduce to medium low heat.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
