3  c.  H-E-B Quick Cook Grain Quinoa, cooked

1  tomato, chopped

1/2  c.  celery, chopped

1/2  c.  H-E-B Dried Cranberries

1/2  c.  chopped H-E-B Walnuts

1  apple, chopped

3  tsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

1  tsp.  garlic powder

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Balsamic Vinegar

1/2  tsp.  salt

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
