Ingredients

1  lb.  H-E-B Premium Bacon, coarsely chopped

6 - 8  Hatch Chiles (mild or hot), roasted, seeded and chopped

1  bottle  Cookwell & Co. Bock and Brown Sugar Marinade

1  tub (12 oz.)  H-E-B Pico de Gallo, mild, medium or hot

3  cans (16 oz. each)  pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions


Heat a large, deep skillet or 4-quart pot over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Leave 2 Tablespoons bacon drippings in pan and discard the rest.

Add Hatch chiles to skillet and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Add marinade, pico de gallo and beans; bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove from heat until ready to serve.
