![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 350°F. Place tart shells on a foil-lined baking
sheet and set aside.
![]() Combine pumpkin, beaten eggs, brown sugar,
pumpkin pie spice, and half-and-half in a
mixing bowl; stir to blend well. Fill each tart
shell with ¼ cup pumpkin filling.
![]() Bake tarts on center oven rack for 25
minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
