1 box Hill Country Fare German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup Hill Country Fare Solid Pumpkin
3 H-E-B Large Eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
1 (8 oz) container Hill Country Fare Whip Topping
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heavily spray a bunt or tube cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with 2-Tablespoons all-purpose flour; set aside.
Combine the German Chocolate cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil, pumpkin pie spice and 1 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to and mix cake ingredients for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl sides and continue to mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour cake batter into prepared bunt cake pan and bake on center oven rack for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes our clean. Allow cake to cool 5 minutes and remove from pan. Cool cake completely.
Combine the powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cake with the sugar cinnamon mixture. Top each slice with whip topping or mix with orange food coloring and ice the entire cake. Decorate as desired.
