2 deep dish pie crusts, 9 inches
8 whole eggs, beaten
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) HCF evaporated milk
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl combine eggs, condensed milk, pumpkin, HCF evaporated milk and pumpkin pie spice.
Stir mixture to a smooth consistency.
Pour into frozen pie crusts.
Place pies baking sheets and bake for 45 mintues or until a knife inserted in the center of pies comes out clean.
Cool pies before serving
