2  pounds  gold potatoes

2  red onions, chopped

6  cloves  garlic, minced

3  tablespoons  chopped fresh sage

2  tablespoons  H-E-B Butter

1 1/2  cups  H-E-B Whipping Cream

1  teaspoon  salt

1/2  teaspoon  ground black pepper

Instructions


Scrub potatoes (do not peel) and allow them to dry. Cut potatoes into thin slices with a sharp knife or with the slicing blade in a food processor.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
